Let the ppvoteportfolio enhance your event. We can work with you at a number of levels to obtain the audience participation interaction sought. Service levels range from ‘Self drive’ – to fully ‘chauffeur driven’ where our consultant will work with you! If you choose ‘self-drive’ you would rent or buy a copy of ppvoteprofessional and rent in CLiKAPADs then simply build in question slides into your PowerPoint® presentations, with help at the end of a phone or by email. Alternatively if you choose ‘chauffeur driven’ our consultant will liaise with you to design the questions, build the presentations and run the technology on the day, providing you with a data report afterwards.
Senior Consultant support – We offer a design and build service either via e-mail, Word or Excel or through converting existing PowerPoint presentations. Typically, we would arrange either a webinar or a face-to-face planning meeting, arriving on the day to set up and operate the technology. Dry runs can be accommodated either on the day or the night before typically at additional cost. The senior consultant can then either facilitate or support your facilitation of the meeting. Our senior consultants are experienced at workshops of 10 to 50 people and in working in front of audiences of many thousands.
An experienced consultant will work with you to take the brief, design and build the presentation or develop from the point you have brought it to, e.g. PowerPoint presentation and details of questions to be asked and demographics and analysis required. Also add any ‘on the fly’ changes to questions.
The price includes preparation from e-mailed input or a planning meeting up to 2 hours at our office, extra charges and expenses apply if this takes place off-site, and up to 6 hours ‘live’ with a report version of the PowerPoint presentation that includes results.
Planning meetings other than above, dry-runs or rehearsals, attendance at set up days, detailed data analysis and complex reports, out of hours working, after 6pm and before 9am and at weekends/public holidays or additional support staff (e.g. operator & facilitator) all incur extra costs.
Supply of a CLiKAPAD system for your event or additional CLiKAPADs to supplement your own CLiKAPAD system available based on a per keypad, per day or part thereof.
NB – in conference environments the client typically arranges for their team members or registration desk staff to assist with keypad distribution and collection, particularly if keypads are to be handed out at the doors. Lanyards and other accessories are also available to help manage distribution and collection, particularly useful in theatre style events.
Consultant support - Design and build meeting presentation from e-mail or other electronic input from client as above, plus technology operation on the day and any ‘on the fly’ changes/questions.
Technician - Experienced team member to set up and operate the technology. Minimal or no, interaction with your audience. Liaising directly with your speakers, ensuring smooth running of the interactive elements. The Technician may or may not have ‘on the fly’ question skills and ability to make minor changes. When booking we will discuss your needs to enable us to assign an appropriately skilled team member.
Basic support
Option1: The presentation is designed and built by the client and then supplied to us as a meeting back up. We supply a technician at the event who can set up and operate the keypad technology, usually using the customer’s own equipment, laptop and software. We can include laptop and software and even a data projection system: please specify your precise requirements.
Option 2: We add the questions into your presentation then return it to you to run on the day with telephone help-line available if you run into difficulties. All of the above include a back up of the meeting on disk or by e-mail to the client. Data can also be supplied as Excel files.
Planning - Help and advice with meetings/rehearsals, to suit your particular requirements.
Reports - Post meeting support, including reporting, in-depth analysis, graphing and distribution of findings as required.
Road-shows and multiple meetings - Cost reductions apply for series bookings, for example, if you require a series of assessment workshops, series of road-shows, etc. Extra charges apply if the results are required to be consolidated and reported as a whole, based on extent of work.
Facilitation Training - Training courses are available to enhance your meeting and facilitation skills. Training includes basic facilitation guidelines to help the meeting manager adapt his/her skills to a keypad supported, interactive style, facilitated discussion. We also have a full one day, in depth course on offer to those who are just starting out.
Meeting Design and Build only - either from electronic input with/ without telephone or web-meeting discussion or from a face to face meeting with the client.
Report Production - In depth analysis and report production day and half day rates apply plus a per copy/page charge if we are to produce multiple colour printed and bound copies for distribution. Please ask for further details of this service and how it may be possible to receive a discounted rate.
